Love Is Respect

Love is Respect is a project of the National Domestic Violence Hotline. It offers 24/7 information and support to young people ages 13-26 who have questions or concerns about their romantic relationships. Information and counseling are provided free through phone, text, and live chat.

The Trevor Project

The Trevor Project is the world’s largest crisis intervention and suicide prevention organization for LGBTQ young people. Trained Crisis Counselors answer calls, chats, or texts from LGBTQ young people who reach out on our free, confidential, and secure 24/7 service.

988 is the new nationwide number now available for anyone experiencing a mental health crisis. 988 provides free, confidential, immediate crisis counseling and support. A counselor will provide support, share resources, and provide referrals to local agencies.
